Does the process cost me anything?

No. There are never any set-up fees or out of pocket expenses to our clients – we are paid from the proceeds of the sale.

How does it work?

The process begins with you.  Stop cleaning, donating, and throwing things away.   Then call us for an appointment at 954-540-4612 or send us an email at questions@aboveandbeyondsales.net and we will schedule a walk-through evaluation with you. Once we survey the contents and gather the facts, we will present appropriate options to choose from.  Once your decision(s) has been finalized and our contract has been signed, we immediately begin the process. The only thing you have to do is pack a box of what you wish to keep and walk away.  We do the rest!  We are available every step of the way should you have any questions or concerns.

Do you dispose of the “leftovers”?

Yes. We offer multiple ways to liquidate any left-over items.  We can also leave any leftover items at the property for our clients.  Services provided are tailored to each estate’s needs and may incur additional time/fees.

What kind of items do you sell?

EVERYTHING!  Just about anything you can think of, including but not limited to the following:

  • Antiques
  • Fine and Rare books, every day books
  • Art, fine and costume jewelry, silver, gold
  • Vintage linens, clothing, kitchenware
  • Collectables
  • Sporting items, sewing items, office equipment
  • Garage items, tools, plants
  • Home furnishings, appliances, televisions, stereos, computers

How long does the process take?

Most sales take 1-2 weeks to arrange.  This includes sorting, researching, pricing, advertising, selling, and reconciliation.  We can give a more accurate estimate during the preliminary walkthrough.

How is payment made?

At the end of the sale, payment is made by Cashier’s check within 3 business days.  We do not hold YOUR money.

Do you offer other services?

Yes.  We do offer additional services, tailored to your needs, which may include auction referrals, appraisals, cleanouts, and donations.

Does Above and Beyond Estate Sales, Inc. sell pieces on consignment or buy estates outright?

Yes. We have many different ways to sell your items, getting you the most for them.  Each project is different, so please call us at 954-540-4612 to discuss your needs and goals!

Yes.  Whether or not we have held a sale for you, if you refer a sale with an executed contract, you will receive a referral bonus from us.
