Estate Sales

We start with clean up and sorting. Then we move on to going through room by room, merchandising all the items for sale.  We create an environment in the home to maximize viewing and sales. We provide tables, shelving, clothing racks, and other equipment as needed.  We then move on to photographing, researching and pricing items.  Then we post images and descriptions on-line and email notification is sent out to our extensive client list. We maintain a fun and controlled shopping environment. We are able to provide a buyout/clean-out person or company, and/or donation services.  You will receive a detailed accounting of the sale and a CHECK!

Appraisals and Valuations

We use our extensive knowledge as well as research to get you the most for your items. We can provide a licensed appraiser, if needed.

Auctions

We are able to provide experienced, licensed Auctions/Auctioneers to maximize exposure for your “special” items.

While we always customize a plan based on our clients’ needs and goals, during the past two years we have found many clients prefer not to hold an estate sale, and therefore we have provided numerous buyouts, cleanouts, and private sales for those clients..
